Inaugural Newsletter: Let’s Kick off this Behind the Scenes Content

May 2020: Newsletter #1

The stage has been set! Soon walls will go in on either side and the back wall will have glass garage doors that will open to a great deck and a fabulous view of the Guadalupe River.

Happy Cinco de Mayo!

We are 8 weeks out from finishing up this project with JK Bernhard Construction and that is reason enough for a party (cue the margaritas & guacamole) and to send out our first newsletter! JKB is doing a beautiful job restoring the historic elements from the old Arcadia Theatre and getting it ready for some live entertainment. Not sure about you – but…

WE. ARE. READY.

As a non profit, we have been super busy fundraising. Our capital campaign match is almost met with the Cailloux Foundation (let us know if you can help get us to the finish line with a donation). We are raising funds next for chairs, sound, and lighting. As the new normal – wherever it takes us – starts to be unveiled, that back deck is looking better and better with the glass doors open to the stage. We are plotting and planning and anxiously awaiting our summer.  We hope you consider a membership as the weather warms up – it gives you fun perks and us a constant income stream to keep the Arcadia Live up and running. Click here for more information on our website. While the grand opening is almost set for early October, we are starting to book out some acts for the fall.

WE. CAN’T. WAIT….

to have all of you inside and on the back deck and show her off.  Lastly, do us a favor and forward out this email to a few friends who might want to join our email list for all the latest and greatest from downtown Kerrville happening soon. It’s where all the fun will be.

Dancing in our offices,
