What types of events will be hosted at The Arcadia Live?
The Arcadia Live is a unique venue for live music events, comedy shows, private parties, corporate events, and more. Located in downtown Kerrville, Texas, on Water Street, this beautiful historic theatre was lovingly restored November 2019- September 2020 to reflect the original Spanish mission style when it opened in 1926.
Can I buy tickets online?
Of course! Our ticket purchasing process is all easily done online and tickets for events may be purchased directly on the event page you wish to attend. Tickets will be emailed directly to you so you don’t need to keep up with paper tickets.
Arcadia Live tickets are sold only through our website and ticketing platform – OvationTix.
We are not responsible for any tickets bought from second parties and discourage buying from anyone besides through the official Arcadia Live ticketing platform.
The resale or attempted resale of a ticket at a higher price is strictly prohibited.
Does Arcadia offer gift certificates?
YES! Arcadia Live gift certificates are a great way to give the excitement of live entertainment to your loved ones. From music, comedy, and film, to children’s programming and community events, the Arcadia Live offers something for everybody. Gift certificates can be purchased with a Box Office Associate in amounts of $25 or more and are redeemable online or over the phone for ticketed events, as well as memberships and donations.
What kind of refreshments do y’all have?
So glad you asked- We have a full bar (and a secondary bar upstairs for those with Balcony tickets at ticketed events). We don’t offer other food, so we recommend you enjoy a meal with one of our awesome neighbors prior to attending a show at Arcadia Live.
What is your refund policy?
Unfortunately, all sales are final and no exchanges or monetary refunds will be given. The only exception is in the circumstance of an artist canceling or rescheduling an event. In such a case, a credit for the ticket price will be issued to your account that you can use for any show or event up to 180 days from the date of the canceled event. A refund request will be available up to 10 days of your receipt of notice of the cancellation or reschedule. This refund will be the face value of the ticket(s) purchased. We are unable to refund facility and platform fees.
