Coming April…
A musical combination but moreso an experience, Montopolis returns to our stage on April 8th, 2022 with a story to tell. The Living Coast will focus primarily on the Galveston Hurricane of 1900, the deadliest natural disaster in American history. Breathtaking footage shot by the creatives behind Montopolis will be projected on the big screen while a narrator divulges the details of this harrowing event.

Name a Chair!
Donate to our Chair Campaign to gain the privilege of naming a chair at Arcadia Live! We only have 320 seats available that will be used for Arcadia Live performances. This opportunity is available on a first come, first served basis- so act fast!

Capital Campaign Phase II: Lights, Sound, Action
Our Phase II Capital Campaign: Lights, Sound, Action was created to help eliminate Arcadia Live’s remaining debt. As promised during our initial campaign, we delivered a premier venue featuring a sound and light system that is unmatched within a 200-mile radius. Unfortunately, our one time capital expenses of lights, sound and stage equipment along with a small construction cost overrun (combined with delays caused by the COVID pandemic) forced us obtain a loan to open the theater. With your help, we intend to pay off the debt. Rather than make interest payments, we can reinvest our revenue in the form of additional programming for our community.
100% of donations to this campaign will go to reduce the loan. With a $600,000 goal, we currently have $408,375 in donations so we still need your help!
Please consider choosing Arcadia Live to accomplish your charitable giving goals this year. All contributions are welcome. You may make a donation with a credit card by clicking the button below. However, a minimum of a $1,000 donation is needed to be recognized on the donor wall in front of the Arcadia’s Art Deco Hallway. We gladly accept checks payable to Arcadia Live and mailed to the office in order to save us credit card fees.
Arcadia Live is recognized as a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to organizations with 501(c)(3) status may be tax deductible.
Venue Rentals
Our beautiful and multifunctional theatre could be the perfect place for your next corporate outing, outdoor wedding reception, or a private party! We have state-of-the-art light and sound, flexible seating options, a projector and screen (suitable for PowerPoint presentations), a conference room upstairs, and more, all of which makes our venue ideal for gatherings of all kinds.
The Arcadia Live theatre can be rented in its entirety or as separate spaces. We’d love to chat with you about how our space can work for your unique needs! We’re proud to be a community hub for Kerrville that’s centrally located in downtown and allows for you & all of your guests to gather safely and comfortably.
