More details to come!
Kerrville’s 4th on the River has become the highest attended FREE concert in the state of Texas, celebrating American Independence. Since 2010, event organizers have worked to create a family-friendly, hometown, 4th of July celebration with the largest fireworks display in the Hill Country as the finale!
This year we are making Kerrville’s 4th on the River bigger and better than ever before. Last year alone, this event brought in 20,000 people to Louise Hays Park. With its popularity growing, we have made plans to expand not only the festival grounds, but also our talent, vendors, operating hours, VIP experience and more. We have been fortunate to gain so much momentum and support for this free community event and cannot wait to see its continued growth this coming year.
Last year we made improvements to the festival that were very well received, not just for the festival goers but for the Sponsors as well. Returning this year, we will have a food court and dining tent, a shaded kids zone, and a VIP area in the Festival Grounds exclusive to our sponsors, equipped with a liquor bar.
Show up early to snag your spot close to the stage, and make sure to bring cash for the beer tents (food vendors will accept both cash and card). Your own lawn chairs and coolers are welcome, but no outside alcoholic beverages, tents/canopies or dogs are allowed.

This year, YOU could be the lucky new owner of Robert Earl Keen’s Jeep! A raffle drawing will be taking place at Kerrville’s Fourth on the River, and the winner will be drawn and announced at Louise Hays Park after REK’s set.
